Nothing much today happen. when to jogging as usual, but b4 that when to hv badminton session with Jian wei and MC. Really long time nv play since that time. whoo~! MC pwn me and jian wei chui chui. lost him 5 rd need do push up for 10 times.. me and jian wei lose till chui, only manage to make win MC 1 rd -.-

After that when for jogging with mum. hehe. the time CMI again. i dunno is i slow or the distance i run is longer...LOLx.. but will keep trying to get a gd time..
